Our child-friendly villa is ideally suited for couples, friends or the whole family. Complete with free nationwide calls, internet, wi-fi, games, beach utensils, bikes to explore the county’s bike trails and a competent attentive management company you can assure yourselves you will have the perfect vacation experience.
Experience the feeling of comfort immediately after entering the villa as you see the spacious living and dining areas with adjoining kitchen and breakfast bar, high ceilings, friendly colours and modern décor.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom: spacious with walk-in closet and King bed complete with high quality and comfortable mattress. Also, in the room is a desk to use your private mail or notebook.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with high quality and comfortable mattress.
Bedroom 3: Twin Bedroom with two single beds with high quality and comfortable mattress.
All beds come with American style bedding; however, duvets and duvet covers are available for our guests who prefer the European style bedding.
BATHROOMS
Master Bathroom: en-suite to the master bedroom. Bright and spacious with a large double vanity for two and handheld shower head.
Bathroom 2: this is a shared bathroom for the Queen and Twin rooms. There is a daylight window and handheld shower head for additional comfort.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including large fridge with popular ice maker. Are you a coffee lover? Then we’ve provided you with a Nespresso machine for you to wake up with before you set off on your day.
DINING
We have six-seater open plan dining room ready to entertain you. You can also eat at the breakfast bar or even take your meal outside and sit by the pool and enjoy the warm Florida sun and fire up the barbecue.
LOUNGE
Do you just want to sit and relax after a day out exploring what Florida has to offer? Then order in and use the smart TV which comes with a first-class package of more than 200 channels. Feel like a move night? We have a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays you can watch with the region-free Blu-ray player.
INTERNET
Do we have internet? Yes, there is free wi-fi so connect and enjoy!
OUTSIDE
Where do we begin? Imagine yourself sitting in a comfortable chaise outside under the warm Florida sun around the great pool with oversized pool deck, a cool drink nearby and a good book, magazine or listening to your music. When you look up you see the blinking surface of the pool water glistening, promising a refreshing experience. Bliss!
Hungry? Fire up the barbecue grill and sit at the large dining table for six. Other than visitors from colourful birds or occasional squirrel you are in complete privacy.

South Venice and our villa are perfect for families with children. With good weather all year round there are many places for you to enjoy together such as nature parks, museums, playgrounds and events. The villa is complete with highchair, bed rails, pool fence, games, books, DVDs, pool and sand toys.
ENTERTAINMENT
Complete with numerous games and books, in both English and German ensure no boredom arises.
PETS
No pets allowed.
EXTRA INFORMATION
Do you like to be active? With our bicycles, you can explore the great bike trail system of Venice. For larger families we can arrange a bike rental for a reasonable price. We provide beach utensils for your beach visit: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, games and sand toys as well as coolers.
The rates are for up to 3 people, for each additional person please add 12 USD plus 12% Tax per night. Maximum occupancy is 6.
Absolutely NO ANIMALS! NO SMOKING!
Cleaning Fee: 160 – 180 USD and payable in cash at check-in. Intermediate cleaning may apply for longer stays.
All utilities included in the price.
Pool heating is optional and has to be ordered in advance: 75 USD/week – 200 USD/month.
Security Deposit: 500 – 750 USD and refunded within 4 weeks after your stay if no complaints.
Down payment of 30% – 50% of the rent together with sending back the signed rental agreement and a valid picture ID have to take place within 5 days after booking to secure the reservation.
The total – 50% -70% of rent + security deposit – is due at least 60 days prior to stay to further secure the reservation.
LOCATION
With miles of beautiful shoreline, Venice is fun for all. Look for shells or for the world-famous fossil shark teeth. If you feel like a visit into town, you’ll see the unique architectural character of the beautiful homes and streets in northern style Italian renaissance style. Check out the boutiques and art galleries, have a coffee or delicious ice cream and just sit and take in the atmosphere. Spend the evening with family and friends and try out the local restaurants and bars.
Golf in Venice Florida? The area is basically developed into a mecca for golfers. There are approximately 1,250 golf courses that leave nothing to be desired. First class semi-private and public courses where you can play during your vacation without having a mandatory membership. Most golf courses allow you to book tee times online too.

To reach Villa Happy Gator on Alligator Drive:
Take exit 193 from I75 North or South and enter Jacaranda Blvd South.
Stay on Jacaranda, cross US41/Tamiami Trail and take right on Englewood Rd.
Take the second possible right turn into Flamingo Rd.
Stay on Flamingo until you have reached Alligator Dr.
Turn right, Villa Happy Gator is the second house on the left side.
If you arrive in the dark – as a lot of guests do because they have a long trip – our lights will welcome you.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Hi, I am Birgit Laniewski and I bought this house in 2016 together with my husband. After many trips to Florida we fell in love with the wonderful area around Venice, that has it all: beaches, nature, history, yet quite central.
