Yes. You are welcome to send multiple enquires until you find your dream property. The owners will be happy to answer your questions, however please keep these to genuine enquiries only.
Most owners charge extra for pool heat and this will be listed on the advert however, we recommend that you check all costs with the owner before you proceed with your final booking. Pool heat is generally requested during the winter months from October to April.
Before allowing a property owner to advertise on our site we ask for a bill of the property in the name and address of the owner and ask for the Florida Business Licence (which is required for all owners who rent out their home in the state of Florida). This is to ensure that all adverts are from genuine owners and gives our guests confidence when booking, however we recommend that you satisfy yourself by contacting the owner with any questions you have as they will know their villa and area in which it is located very well.
Each property will have different amenities and extras so we recommend you ask the owners for anything specific that you require that is not already shown against the listing.
All the rental prices are shown against each listing, however by using the Book/ Enquire now button against each property you can request a quote, ask any questions or book direct with the owners.

Yes, the availability calendar is shown against each of the property listings.
To view a chart of average water temperatures at beaches where you’re visiting, go to the National Centers for Environmental Information website for the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. Generally the water anywhere in Florida is warm enough to swim between April and October. During the cooler months the further south you go the warmer it will be. Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys, Marco Island and Naples have the warmest water during the winter.
Not at the moment. There has been a lot of discussion around this topic and if anything changes we will post this to our website or social media sites such as our Facebook page and Twitter account so log in and join these pages to be kept in the loop.
These are provided at the discretion of the owners for their guests comfort and security. We don’t list which ones have these and which do not for security purposes so please ask the owner when you enquire and they will be able to help you.
