Comfort and convenience all wrapped up in a 5-star gated resort just 2 miles from Disney! Sound perfect? Then welcome to Mickey’s Magical Villa. With four bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathroom our villa can easily accommodate your party.
Over 1800 square feet of your own private space with an additional 400 feet outdoors alongside your own private pool and lanai area so why stay in an expensive hotel where you have to vacate for housekeeping or be down for a set time for breakfast when you can have all this for a fraction of the price, no time to stick to and full resort privileges!
The villa is fully furnished, air-conditioned and is on the newest phase at Windsor Hills Resort which comes with all the upgrades. Guests of all ages have stayed here from new-born babies to those who are 76 years young!

Master Bedroom: King size bed with pillow top mattress, nightstands with lamps, alarm clock radio and flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King size bed with pillow top mattress, nightstands with lamps, alarm clock radio and flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with themed Disney Princess room, shared nightstand, lamp and alarm clock radio, chest of drawers and flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds with themed Mickey Mouse room, shared nightstand, lamp and alarm clock radio, chest of drawers and flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player.
BATHROOMS
Master Bathroom: Ensuite to the Master King Bedroom and has double walk-in shower, large vanity unit and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Ensuite to the second King Bedroom and has double walk-in shower, large vanity unit and toilet.
Bathroom 3: Ensuite to the Disney Princess bedroom and has a shower / bathtub combination, large vanity sink and toilet.
Bathroom 4: Ensuite to Mickey’s twin bedroom and has a shower / bathtub combination, large vanity sink and toilet.
KITCHEN
Check out this fully equipped kitchen! Quality granite countertops, breakfast bar with seating for four and a breakfast nook, stainless steel appliances, fridge with ice maker, glass top range cooker, dishwasher, food disposal unit, dishes, cookware, utensils and more!
DINING
Seating for 6 people in the nook dining area which leads outside to more seating under the lanai so you can dine alfresco.
LOUNGE
In our large spacious lounge where all the family can gather without being overcrowded you will find a 50-inch flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player.
INTERNET
We have provided Wi-Fi throughout, a Dell PC and iPod dock for you to use.
OUTSIDE
Outside is what Florida is all about and there is a 28 x 14 foot heated pool with lights and spa, along with pool toys and loungers all enclosed within a child safety pool fence and screen ready for you to relax and read a good book, soak up the rays or spend time together. For those of you who wish to take a few moments out of the sun but not lose out on the fun there are tables and chairs under a shaded lanai where you can cool down but still join in the fun!
LAUNDRY
Pack light is the key here and save the space in your suitcase for those holiday purchases! We have provided a large washer and dryer with iron and ironing board for you to use. Also, all linen and towels are provided so you do not need to bring these either.
BABY EQUIPMENT
We have not forgotten our younger guests and have provided a highchair, stroller and pack and play for you to make use of while you stay with us.
ENTERTAINMENT
If you still have energetic family members who are not quite ready for a villa down day to recharge the batteries, there is more than enough entertainment provided here. In the Games Room you will find a pool table, air hockey, double hoop basketball arcade chute, little one’s play area and a PlayStation.
Outside the villa and in the resort area you will find not one but two community pools. The two pools are split into one being a water park pool with waterslide, and one a lagoon style pool. There is also a putting green, children’s playground, tennis and basketball courts, large clubhouse with its own games room with billiards, ping pong and foosball. If that is not enough to keep you occupied then why not try out the video game area, use the fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment or take in a movie at the surround sound movie theatre.
All these facilities are available for you to use as a guest of the community during your stay.

13.5% Florida State Tax is to be added to the rates shown.
Cleaning Fee: stays of 6 nights or more, the $110 cleaning fee is not charged to the guest, though stays of less than 6 nights the fee is chargeable.
Pool Heat: please let us know at time of enquiry whether you which to have the pool heated during your stay. Chargeable at $150 a week or $25 a day on shorter stays.

Windsor Hills Resort is a 5-star gated resort and the closest community to Disney World – just 2.5 miles! The villa is in the Windsor Hills Reserve section of the resort, which is the newest phase of this vibrant community and comes with all the upgrades.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Bob & Terri purchased the villa in 2008 and speak English.
We chose Kissimmee because Windsor Hills is the closet gated community to Disney that is not located on Disney property. Our villa is extremely clean, well maintained and packed with the most modern amenities.
Our communication and dedication to making sure your vacation is met with 100% approval by you and your family is our only goal. You will find no family owned vacation villa with a more responsive owner. We treat all our guests how we want to be treated when we are renting a home. We look forward to hosting you.
