Town Center Reserve Villa Rental

Are you looking for a spacious villa with views over the lake in a gated community? With 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool to relax in after a long day out exploring what Florida has to offer then this beautiful home is perfect for you. The villa is ideally located to be on the golf course within 4 minutes but if retail therapy is your thing then you can be in the shops within 3 minutes; and the all-important theme parks are only 15 – 25 minutes away. The villa is all on one level with no steps internally and wheelchair accessible. Long term renters are also welcome.

KITCHEN

We have a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs with a new Whirlpool stainless steel dishwasher installed in September 2018. Other kitchen facilities here for your use:

DINING

We have comfortable seating for 10 people: a table for 6 and 4 with 2 seats at the counter. There is also an outside table for 4 with barbeque grill and a child's highchair.

LOUNGE

Relaxing in the lounge after a long day out or just want some time to do something different? Then check out the satellite or cable channels on the Samsung 55-inch flat screen smart TV and sink into the leather reclining sofas with your feet up or watch a DVD.

Additionally, there is a new Sonos wi-fi music system for 2018, with stereos in most rooms and bedrooms.

INTERNET

We have free wireless internet to use to bring your laptops, iPads etc, and use the Wi-Fi.

OUTSIDE

Do you like the outdoors? Then go outside and enjoy the large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining by the private pool. The total plot is 0.33 acres.

The pool area has three loungers and pads, is covered with mosquito netting and comes with a detachable safety screen to keep the little ones safe so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather and if you want a little shade why not make use of the table and chairs in the lanai. If you require it the pool can also be heated in the cooler months.

With the lake being beside the villa you could use it to do some canoeing or kayaking or go on a boat - though be wary of the alligators because they also occupy the same space!

Once you’ve used up all the energy why not fire up the outdoor grill and put some steaks on and have a barbecue.

LAUNDRY

What’s available?

There is a brand-new Whirlpool front loaded washer and oversize Magtag dryer, both installed in December 2018.

All linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a full set of bedding, sheets, pillows and pillowcases with spares available. There are 30 bath and hand towels including a set of pool towels.

Also available is a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

BABY EQUIPMENT

A highchair is available for the little ones, including two cribs together with other equipment and a monitor.

ENTERTAINMENT

In addition to the outdoor activities mentioned above you will find in the games room, pool and air hockey tables. There is a new Sonos wi-fi music system installed for 2018, with stereos in most rooms and bedrooms. There are plenty of DVD players around the villa for you to use so put on one of the DVDs from the video library and enjoy with some popcorn.

Feel like a good book? There is a box with novels free to use in the house.

What about a family game night? There are also games available for you to use and you can find these in the main living area.

We have also provided you with beach chairs, towels and water sports gear. Also available nearby are tennis courts and golf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.

LOCATION

The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lake.

Disney World is less than 10 miles (15-minute drive) from the property, 15 miles to SeaWorld and Universal Studios is only 20 miles. There is also a shopping mall one mile away with a large supermarket, restaurants, a gym and local cafe. The property is well positioned for access to the I-4 highway to Tampa and Busch Gardens in less than an hour.

We are only a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close if you have any spending money left.
