Relax Villas Rental

We invite you to view to our wonderful 5-bedroom villa in Hampton Lakes, an Orlando premier resort style community! Sleeping up to 10 guests with a screened pool, jacuzzi and ornamental fountain overlooking a lake you will be able to watch sunrise and sunsets and if you’re lucky you may even see turtles and coloured dragonflies.

We visit a few times a year to ensure the villa is kept to the same high standard for our guests that we would wish for ourselves, and continually update and add extras for all of us to enjoy.

BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed and flat screen Cable TV.

Master Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed and flat screen Cable TV/VCR, decorated in a seashore theme.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds with Cable TV, decorated in an animal theme.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, with themed TV and games console, decorated in cartoon theme.

Bedroom 5: Queen-sized bed with flat screen Cable TV, decorated in marine life to bring some tranquility ambiance to the room. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room for our younger guests.

BATHROOMS

Master Bathroom 1: En-suite to master bedroom 1 comes with twin sinks, shower, W.C., Roman bathtub and hairdryer.

Master Bathroom 2: En-suite to master bedroom 2 has a single sink, shower, W.C., and hairdryer.

Bathroom 3: This bathroom is upstairs, has a hairdryer and serves the remaining three bedrooms.

KITCHEN

Along with the usually fully equipped kitchen such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils, pans, toaster and the all important coffee machine you will find a breakfast nook with seating for 4 people and a highchair, with more seating in the dining room.

DINING

If the kitchen or outside seating areas are not enough then you will find room for a further 8 people in this room where you can enjoy family meals together.

LOUNGE

In this airconditioned room with ceiling fan you can relax on the two large sofas and watch the 50” flat screen Cable TV/DVD player with selection of videos. There is also a boom box with CD’s if you wish to sit and listen to some music. You will also find books, games and more toys for you to enjoy.

INTERNET

Highspeed Wi-Fi is available so just bring your devices and connect.

OUTSIDE

Stepping outside you will find an extended pool deck with ornamental fountain overlooking a lake. The pool and jacuzzi area are screened and catches the sun all day and into the evening, so sit back, relax and watch those sunrises or sunsets in the warm Floridian climate. You may even catch sight of turtles and fish around the lake or see some beautiful coloured dragonflies zipping past. In the evenings you can light up the pool area and continue to enjoy your time outdoors.

LAUNDRY

There is a utility area within the villa which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and all linen and towels are provided. So, save the space in your case for your retail therapy days.

ENTERTAINMENT

With this being a resort style community, you not only have plenty available for you in the villa, but you also have tennis and volleyball courts, and a child’s play area in the community available to you.

The games room in the villa has a snooker table, foosball (table football), table tennis, 50” Cable TV and games console. You will also find tennis racquets so you can use these on the community tennis courts.

We have a Management Company that can be reached by telephone should you require anything during your stay but please note they are NOT 24hrs. If you need them outside their working times you can leave a voicemail and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

FEES / RATES (per villa not per person):

1) Pool heat is optional and charged at £100 per week (recommended October – April).

2) Cleaning fee of £80 for more than 7 guests.

3) Refundable security deposit of £150 once Management Company has checked the villa (covers breakage / damage to the villa). Any extreme cleaning or excessive electricity usage is also deducted from the security deposit. Your deposit will usually be refunded within 21 days of departure.

4) Booking Deposit of £150 per week and secures your dates (can be paid electronically).

5) Minimum 5 nights and carries cleaning fee of £80.

6) Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes currently 12% (included in the rate).

Booking forms and terms and conditions will be sent at time of booking. Final balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

LOCATION

You will find us on Highway 27, 11 miles from Disney’s main entrance. From Sanford airport / Orlando airport, take 417 South and stay on it until it becomes Interstate 4 (I-4 West). Once on I-4 West take exit 55. Head North on Highway 27 for 3.8 miles and on your right, you will see a wall with the Hampton Lakes sign. Please note the 417 is a toll road so you will need about $10 in change if you don't have SunPass or E-Pass.

A 24hr supermarket, Chinese & Italian restaurants are only a 5 minutes’ drive. Also nearby you can find a McDonalds, Subway, 24 hour Pharmacy, Hospital, Dry Cleaners, Beauty Salon, Video & Game Rentals.

Within 2 – 3 miles you will find a shopping complex with a Michaels Craft Store, Sportswear Shop, Dollar Shop, Target and more.

Universal Studios – 22 miles (35 mins).
Disney World - 11 miles (15 mins).
SeaWorld - 18 miles (22 mins).
Kennedy Space Center - 50 miles (1 hour 20 mins).

TOWNS
Kissimmee - 22 miles (30 mins).
Orlando - 27 miles (40 mins).
Tampa - 67 miles (1 hour 10 mins).
Daytona Beach - 77 miles (1 hour 20 mins).
St. Petersburg - 87 miles (1 hour 30 mins).
Naples - 167 miles (2 hours 53 mins).

AIRPORTS
Orlando International - 27 miles (40 mins).
Sanford - 50 mins (1 hour 20 mins).

All the other attractions can be reached within 20 – 80 minutes’ drive, such as: SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Universal’s Volcano Bay, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Gatorland, Busch Gardens, Water Mania, Legoland and more.

GOLF: With approximately 150 golf courses within 1 hour’s drive of Orlando you will be spoilt for choice. Over 30 courses are within 30 minutes’ drive and the nearest is 5 minutes’ away at ChampionsGate (PGA Championship course designed by Greg Norman).

FISHING: you may need a licence so check online first.

WATER SPORTS: there are so many lakes and rivers that you won’t know what to do first – boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, windsurfing etc. You can find more information online or in various Tourist Information Booths and the shopping malls.

If you would like a day away from the park action then why not take a picnic and explore a State park, only 7 – 10 minutes’ drive North on Highway 27. There is a small charge to enter.
