BEDROOMS
Our luxury master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom is perfect. Accessible from the lounge and with two large windows which overlook the pool. The King bed comes with luxury pillow-top mattress for added comfort. The room has twin drawer units, bedside lamps, alarm clock radio for those early morning wake up calls to beat the park queues, huge dresser with large mirror and lots of drawers. A flat screen TV/DVD player with DVR for recording and internet telephone (VOIP) offering free calls anywhere in the world completes the master bedroom.
In our Queen bedroom, there is a 5ft Queen bed with bedside drawer units and lamps. Positioned at the front of the house you have a large closet with plenty of storage and hanging space. There is also a flat screen TV/DVD.
The third bedroom has been made into a twin room with twin beds, table and chest of drawers. This room is located on the side of the hose and has a large closet with plenty of storage and hanging space, and has a wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD.
BATHROOMS
The luxury master bedroom comes with an en-suite master bathroom. It has a large double size shower, L-shaped vanity with twin sinks, hairdryer, separate toilet, and a deep luxurious garden tub for those times you where you just want to unwind that little bit longer. A long corridor with walk-in closet has enough space for all your clothes and shoes. space for clothes and shoes etc.
The Queen and Twin bedroom share a bathroom. This room is a bath/shower combination and has a closet, hairdryer and vanity with sink, mirror and lighting.
KITCHEN
How does dining in and enjoying the sunset view feel? Then use the fully equipped kitchen and use the sliding door to the pool to sit outside and enjoy! The kitchen has an island countertop, large fridge freezer with ice maker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, whirlpool cooker with large oven and hob, large microwave and dishwasher. The waste disposal system will take care of any leftovers. With a range of cupboards and units packed full of utensils, cookware and everything else you need, and plenty of room for your food in the larder, what else do you need.
DINING
If you like to dine together, then make use of the 6-seater dining table that’s here for you and enjoy each other’s company.
LOUNGE
A flat screen TV with DVR (like Sky+), premium Cable (including British football), 2 x DVR’s and Blu-Ray player can be found here in the lounge with comfortable seating for 8 people including a large sofa bed. With lamps to suit every mood and a coffee table you can sit back and relax.
If don’t want to put the TV on, then why not try the range of music options available for you. There is a Panasonic music center with iPod dock (lightning connector), Bluetooth, digital and FM Radio or CD player with USB port for MP3 playback.
The lounge also has rear sliding doors to the pool area.
INTERNET
We have free Wi-Fi (100Mbps Broadband).
OUTSIDE
Do you want to enjoy the Floridian weather? Then check out the beautiful unoverlooked outdoor space which features an oversized 34-foot heated pool. No holiday to Florida is complete without it! Just think of taking that early morning swim or a refreshing dip after a day out exploring.
You can access the pool deck from the kitchen or lounge and once outside you will see a table and chairs for alfresco dining and loungers for sunbathing with a good book or to soak up the rays! There is an outdoor fan to help you enjoy the sun but keep you cool on those warmer days.
You can keep an eye on the children in the pool whether you are outside or inside. The pool can be seen from the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom and since safety is very important you will also find the doors to the pool deck are alarmed and a safety fence around the pool.
In the cooler months (Oct – April) we recommend having pool heat and you may notice how our gas heater heats the pool quickly and to a warmer temperature than other set ups; and with no rear neighbours and a beautiful sunset - what could be better!
LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the villa for your convenience should you require these.
BABY EQUIPMENT
Available for our younger guests free of charge is a travel cot, changer and highchair.
ENTERTAINMENT
In addition to all theme parks you can visit, if you have any energy left when you get home you will see we have also installed a games room with air hockey, foosball and table tennis. So, spend an evening with family or friends over a game of pool or challenge them to foosball.
If your sort of holiday is spending time on the fairway then you will find some incredible golf courses that are within 5 – 10-minute drive from the villa.
Retail therapy? Well you can shop until your drop here with amazing malls, outlets and markets to choose from.
How about some quiet relaxing time, fishing? You may have noticed Florida has a lot of lakes. Bass and lots of other species, along with all the coastline – angling heaven!
If you want to get away from it all and have a change, then why not take a short drive to the beaches on either coast. Just over an hour’s drive you will find some of the best beaches in America.
With lots of parks and walks, there really is something for everyone!

EXTRA INFORMATION
Our minimum stay is 5 nights. If you require a shorter stay, a cleaning fee of £80 / $95 is payable in addition.
Staying longer than 21 nights? We may be able to apply a bigger discount, so just ask at time of enquiring with us.
Are you a snowbird visiting January through to March? Then please let us know when you enquire, we have some special rates.
Pool heat is optional but recommended during October – April. This is currently £18 / $25 USD a day or £110 / $150 USD a week.
We will confirm your booking with a 20% deposit and final payment is due 9 weeks before departure.

LOCATION
Probably one of the biggest decisions to make! Trying to position yourself central to all you want to do without much travel time but still have a good community with a good price tag to match.
Calabay Parc is a sought-after community. It is ideally located on the US27 which means you have several routes available to get to your destination of choice. For example, if you want to go to the park or head to the coast then the I4 interstate is 5 minutes south. If you just want to head out for dining in the local restaurants or an evening of entertainment, then head north and a few minutes later you will reach the US92 with all these choices waiting for you!
