Terre Verde Resort Villa Rental
In a gated community near Disney, great care and attention has been taken when furnishing our home. We have aimed to create a high standard of luxurious living for your enjoyment and comfort. The villa is very private, fully air-conditioned, has a games room, high speed internet access, conservation view and lots more. Read on to find out what else is available for you.

BEDROOMS
With 6 bedrooms, 2 of them master bedrooms, you won’t have a problem finding a room to rest.
Bedroom 1: this master bedroom has a King bed with 26” flat screen Cable TV, & en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: this second master bedroom has a Queen bed with 32” flat screen Cable TV, & en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: the first of three twin bedrooms, this room has two single beds, & flat screen Cable TV.
Bedroom 4: two single beds in a Disney theme, with flat screen Cable TV.
Bedroom 5: two single beds in a sports theme, with flat screen Cable TV.
Bedroom 6: two single beds with flat screen Cable TV.
BATHROOMS
With 4.5 bathrooms for you to make use of in our home you shouldn’t find yourself in a queue waiting to use one. All bathrooms come with hairdryers. Check out the pictures above.
KITCHEN
Having an up-to-date fully equipped kitchen, including large fridge freezer and ice machine, you can make use of the breakfast nook in this open plan area and eat overlooking the pool.
DINING
The dining room has luxurious comfortable furniture for 8 people, and we haven’t forgotten to include seating for our younger guests, there is a highchair also for you to use.
LOUNGE
In the family room you will find luxurious leather sofas, and Cable TV with a 75” Flat screen smart TV.
INTERNET
Free high-speed internet access is available for you to use.
OUTSIDE
Do you want to spend more time outdoors? Then check out the illuminated private pool and conservation views, fully screened to prevent bugs. We have a safety screen together with sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols. Pool heating is optional, but we highly recommended it during the cooler months October - March.
LAUNDRY
All towels and linens are included, and we have a large washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board in the laundry room should you have the need to use them.
BABY EQUIPMENT
For our younger guests we have provided a stairgate, 2 cribs, baby monitor, and highchair.
ENTERTAINMENT
If you still need more entertaining then as our guest you have full use of the "Trip Advisor" award winning, 24-hour gated Terra Verde Resort facilities. These include access to the 6,000 sq. ft club house with concierge desk, internet café (free internet), air-conditioned fitness room, sauna, lounge with complimentary refreshments and big screen satellite TV, resort sized swimming pool with large sun deck and chaise loungers, Tiki Bar, fishing lake, basketball, volleyball & tennis courts, children's play area with rock climbing, games arcade and picnic area. What else could you need!
PETS
Have Pets? Then please ask and we will let you know if we can accommodate your extra family member.
EXTRA INFORMATION
Booking & Payment:
We will confirm your booking once you have completed and signed the Booking Form and we have received the deposit. Payment of the deposit/full rental price mean you will have accepted these terms and conditions.
A non-refundable deposit of £300.00 / $450.00 must be returned with the Booking Form, with the full amount within 8 weeks prior to travel. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the balance is not received by this time.
A $400 security deposit is taken at check-in, taken in the form of a major credit card by our management company. This is to cover damage to our home in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental.
Please leave the property clean, keys returned, and any damages reported within 24hrs to the Management Company or Owner. We will return your $400 security deposit after your holiday and once our management company has confirmed no damage has occurred.
Pool heating is extra and is charged at £120 / $190 per week, please advise at time of booking if this is required.
Check-In is from 4pm on day of arrival.
Check-Out is 10am on day of departure.
If you would like a late check out, please ask at time of booking or with our management company whilst you are in Florida.
The internal areas of our home are strictly Non-Smoking.
LOCATION
We are so close to most things you are probably here for on your vacation! Attractions such as Disney and Old Town are only a 10-minute drive. Sea World & Universal Studios are within 20 minutes. Busch Gardens (Tampa) and Kennedy Space Center (Space Coast) are just over 1hr. If beaches are your thing, then check out Daytona Beach & Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast or Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast, again about an hour away.
Is a bit of retail therapy needed? There are so many shops to cater for all tastes only minutes away.
After your day out exploring and shopping, then it’s time to dine! There are so many restaurants you will be spoilt for choice, and these are also only a few minutes away from the villa on the 192.
Other nearby activities include golf (various award-winning courses) and water-sports, including jet ski, ski boat and airboat. Flying and horse riding are also close at hand.
