Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, flat screen TV, matching nightstands with lamps, alarm clock & pool access.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4: Twin Beds, flat screen TV, Pixar Planes themed room, chest of drawers, nightstand with lamp and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5: Twin Beds, flat screen TV, Disney Fairy themed room, chest of drawers, nightstand with lamp and ceiling fan.
BATHROOMS
There are three bathrooms in the villa with the King master suite being en-suite.
KITCHEN
The spacious and updated open plan kitchen, breakfast nook and breakfast bar has everything you need for your stay with seating for 8 guests.
DINING
If you wish to have more formal dining arrangements the dining room has seating for six guests, or you could take your meal outside to the lanai and dine alfresco under the stars enjoying the warm Floridian climate.
LOUNGE
Our large leather sofa is centred around the 55” flat screen Xfinity Cable TV and DVD player with pool views so you can relax and watch TV whilst still being included with everything that is happening. There is also another living room with a 3-seater leather sofa and reclining armchair where you can grab a few quite minutes to read your book or relax. In the loft area you will find another reclining leather chair, flat screen TV and selection of books.
INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is available.
OUTSIDE
Outside is your own pool and spa with an extended deck on both sides with enough space for the sun loungers to work on your tan. If the heat is too much, then cool off in the pool or sit under the covered lanai whilst still enjoying the outdoors. Why not dine alfresco too!
LAUNDRY
We have provided a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available for you to use, so pack light and save the space in your suitcase for those retail therapy days.

ENTERTAINMENT
For your entertainment we have provided you with an Xbox in a separate play area, music system in the breakfast nook, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and 55” Xfinity Cable TV in the lounge. The garage has been converted into a games room with foosball, table tennis, pool, darts and air hockey. Within the community you will also find a children’s play area and tennis courts.

You can find us at Highgate Park in Davenport. This prestigious and immaculately kept complex is gated and just off the US27 surrounded by numerous shops, golf courses, restaurants and supermarkets. Just 40 minutes away you will find Orlando International Airport.
Only 20 minutes away and you will find yourself amongst the six Disney Parks and Harry Potter at Universal Studios. Why not put a day aside and check out Universal’s newest water park ‘Volcano Bay’! If you drive a little further, you will find Busch Gardens & Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast and Kennedy Space Center on the Space Coast. There is so much to do you won’t know what to do first!
