Welcome to our beautiful home from home in the Florida sunshine. Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Resort our villa offers the best of both worlds for your Orlando holiday. Located just 30 minutes from Disney World, about 40 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive and about 15 minutes from Legoland. Our villa gives you a quiet peaceful place to come home to after a hectic day at the parks and many attractions Orlando has to offer.
All bed linens provided expect baby bed linen.
All towels including pool towels provided – just bring the sunscreen!

The Lounge & Kitchen/Diner
The open plan lounge will comfortably seat 6 people and has 2 very comfy soft leather couches. We have a 55" 4K Smart TV and DVD player and a cable package with over 100 channels including Premier League Football so no need to miss a game. Also NFL football and all other major US Sports.

Breakfast bar has seating for 3 as well as dining table. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils for you to use if you wish. The dining table in the nook looks over the pool and golf course.
Laundry Room
The villa has everything you need, including a laundry room with high spec front loading washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron for guests to use. No need to take home cases full of dirty washing, just wash and dry it before you go home.
Master Bedroom 1
With a view of the 3rd green, the upstairs master bedroom has a huge King size bed and upgraded mattress to give you a great nights sleep.
This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub, separate shower cubicle and his and hers sinks. The bathroom, leads into the walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for as many clothes as you care to bring.
Master Bedroom 2
The villa has 2 master bedrooms, the queen bedroom is downstairs, this room has direct access to the pool area and also has cable TV and a bathroom just opposite.
Twin Bedrooms
Across from the upstairs master bedroom are 2 twin rooms, both rooms have a combo TV & DVD and cable. Both rooms have a golf course view and have between them a shared bathroom.
Pool and Lanai Area
At the rear of the villa you will find the lovely pool. West facing so gets the sun from early afternoon the pool provides a lovely area to relax after a day at the parks or shopping. The pool has a golf course view and a shaded seating area where you can while away the hours in relative peace and tranquility.

The villa has the perfect location, one of the best lots on Southern Dunes, nestling between the 3rd green at the rear and the 4th tee from the front. The Villa has golf course views from every room in the house.
This luxury 4 bedroomed 3 bathroom (2 en-suite) two storey, air-conditioned home benefits from some upgraded furniture and personal touches, including free WiFi.
The location ensures a great outlook, privacy and tranquility. The rear of the house is north west facing, ensuring the private heated pool benefits not only from the fabulous view, but full sun and the pleasure of being able to sip your ice cold drink, while admiring the famous Florida sunset. There is also a covered lanai with a light and fan to enable you to enjoy year round outside dining. Don't worry if you have little ones, there is also safety pool fencing if you need it.

All rates below are inclusive of tax which is 12%. Pool heating is in addition to the rates above and costs £100 per week. It is recommended from November to March.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
We ask for a security booking of £150 which will be refunded to you promptly once our management company has confirmed all is well.
