Four Corners Villa Rental

  Belgravia Villa is a 5* executive home nestled in the exclusive Four Corners location, only a short drive from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. With 4 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, this spacious vacation pool home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests.

Additional Costs as Required:

Daily maid service can be provided if required at an additional cost so please just ask when enquiring if this is required..
Departure clean applies to all bookings £100

Rates include all taxes and utilities as well as unlimited local telephone calls and international calls free of charge (excludes mobile phones and premium rate numbers). All towels and bed linen are included.

Late departures are available on request.

The cost of heating the pool/spa is not included in the price, but we can provide this for an additional £140 per week (recommended between October and March).

We are happy to hold a provisional booking for 2 or 3 days without obligation whilst you make travel arrangements. A deposit of £400 per week is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is required 10 weeks before departure and at this time we will ask for a security deposit against damage of £400. This will be returned back to you within 14 days after completion of the hoilday providing there is no damage.

We also accept PayPal but there will be an additional charge of 4% for costs incurred.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home!

Perfect family home!!! Very spacious with plenty of room for a large family, also perfect for a small family. Beautiful pool and a fun game room for the kids. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It gives you the feeling that you are at home, as it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I will definitely return as this is the perfect house, with very accommodating owners!! It exceeded our expectations!!!

What can I say this villa is just perfect, we were there with our family and we had a great time. The villa was very spacious and the decor throughout the villa was very high level.

The pool area with built spa was just amazing sun all day long and with complete privacy. It was only a short drive to restaurants and shops and only less than 15 minutes from Disney world. I would book this villa again and I have already told my friends how great Belgravia villa is. Once gain Thank You Steven and Wendy for allowing us to use your villa.

"Lovely Spacious Villa!"

I spent 3 weeks at this villa with my husband and 2 teenage children. Villa was lovely - no complaints. Owner was very helpful and always answered emails promptly. Pool was great but didn't spend much time at villa as always out at the parks. Everything you needed for your holiday was at the villa a five star villa this home was, it has more than the pictures shows you. We love the location and the size and it is so quiet neighbourhood and the price was worth every penny. Thank You Steve and Wendy.

Just returned from a 17 night stay here and could not fault the villa itself or the whole service given by the villa owner Steve. A great info pack contained everything we needed to know and the villa itself was perfect. As others have said the photos do not reflect how great the place is. The location is quiet, private and not overlooked, not too far from the main parks and has everything you can think of. Great to have the security of the alarm system whilst you are away from the home. As a family of 6 we would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property.

"Beautiful Family Friendly Home!"

Belgravia Villa was a fantastic home for our young family to stay for the duration of our 2 week holiday. The photos don't do the villa justice as it's much bigger in person. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean and in great condition throughout. The hardest thing was dragging my kids out of the pool every day they loved it so much. I would strongly recommend this property and Steve was a great guy to deal with and so helpful. First Class! We would definitely stay at the Belgravia Villa in the future. Many thanks Steve for a great stay!!
