The main entrance to the Disney Theme Parks is just 15 minutes’ drive away, and only 20 minutes away from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Wet ‘n’ Wild, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The famous Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach is an hour’s drive away as is The Gulf of Mexico area, Tampa, St Petersburg and Cocoa beach to name only a few all within easy distance and a day trip away from the villa.

The front door has been replaced and upgraded to a new digital coded access entry system that provides a high level of security, safety and reassurance in not having to use door keys, a separate Supra key safe is fitted externally for emergency use only.
On entry a large front of house lounge is showcased with elegance, offering two modern comfortable sofas, a formal glass top dinning table and 6 seats. Two Large table lamps and a telephone is also available to provide for peace and relaxation time. A shoe rack provides ample storage for outdoor footwear. A wall light panel gives options for use of outdoor lighting as well as for indoors.
The living room (nook) provides relaxation with spacious seating for 6 people with an added extra of a double pull out sofa bed. For your enjoyment and entertainment there is a new 50” HD Smart TV, Bright-house extended digital cable line-up and FREE phone calls within the USA and Canada. FREE high speed WIFI internet, “Netflix” is also enabled and FREE. A Blue ray DVD player with numerous DVD’s for all ages, a Nintendo Wii console with hand controllers / joy sticks with a selection of games for all age groups is also provided. A double patio door leads out onto a covered lanai.
A new Bluetooth multi-device twin docking station / speaker system for IPods, IPhone, IPads etc and a digital stereo / radio is available. A further and very useful FREE addition is the wireless printer with paper and ink is provided for your convenience in printing off that important e-vouchers / boarding passes / park tickets, etc. New quality blinds have been fitted throughout. A Highchair, Pac n Play (travel cot) Stroller & toddler cot sides are available upon request.
A perfectly situated, spacious open plan Florida sunshine themed kitchen overlooking the nook is fully equipped with a variety of modern and updated appliances. A family sized 1st Aid box with selection of products and hand held fire extinguisher is available in the kitchen closet. The kitchen provides a newly installed large family sized side by side fridge freezer with water / ice dispenser, cooker with flat top hob and an over-head family sized combination microwave. A new full sized dishwasher and a variety of typical and useful small kitchen cooking equipment and utensils; including kettle, toaster, multi-function blender, coffee maker, egg cups, teapot, crockery, glassware, Tupperware (for outside usage) etc. and large selection of tableware are available. A double UK plug socket is fitted by the cooker for UK guests. The kitchen opens out to a seated breakfast / dining area and living room (nook).
There are two full modern bathrooms, both with hair dryers and other hair appliances available for your convenience. The master bathroom has been upgraded April 2017.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the extra large sized stunning and new full bathroom suite which features a full sunken bath tub, large separate shower enclosure with new optional spray functions, twin wash basins encased in a long marble vanity unit with ample storage space underneath and a full length illuminated mirror. A WC is separately enclosed within the bathroom.
A spacious walk in closet / dressing room with full length rails, shelves and hangers is located off the main bathroom suite.
A fixed digital safety deposit box is located for security of valuables and documents

The 2nd bathroom accommodates the other two bedrooms and provides a shower with new optional spray functions over a full size bath tub, a WC and wash basin in a vanity unit with underneath storage and an Illuminated mirror. Storage cupboards provides all bath and beach towels, bed linen for all rooms and other laundry items.
Three beautiful spacious bedrooms all with modern décor and furnishings are fitted with flat screen TV/ DVD combo’s.
The large master bedroom boasts a super king size bed, bed side units, large dressing table with mirror and dressing chair. Two radio alarm clocks, large modern bedside lamps and a bedside telephone is provided. A large double patio door opens out onto the covered liana area.
The spacious queen (double) bedroom provides a stunning marble effect continental headboard and bed- side cabinets, with bedside lamps and a clock radio. Also present is a matching large dressing table with mirror providing ample storage drawers. In addition, a large walk in closet / dressing room with rails, shelves and hangers is located off this room.
The twin room (2 single beds) is tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinating bedding and furnishings suited with both male and female guests in mind. A dressing table, bedside table, radio clock alarm and large double door wardrobe make it complete.
A separate utility room houses a family sized washing machine and tumble dryer and further storage space, an iron and ironing board is available. A large library bookcase hosts a large selection of various novels and books of interest for all ages including, tourist attractions, places of interest and road maps. A door leads out onto the double garage.
The garage provides a full sized pool table with all accessories, an electronic dart board and for that added comfort, a large sofa with adjacent drinks side tables. Cool boxes and beach chairs are provided for that beach day trips. Extra loungers, pads and seats are stored on the shelving units.
There is FREE use of full sets of Golf Clubs with bags / trolley's, all with accessories, Including a left handed set; providing a huge saving on rental and extra baggage costs and are made available for your convenience. (Use of golf clubs to be made upon request)
Outside invites you to the large private, south facing swimming pool and spa with auto timer for ease of use along with a newly installed optional LED colour changing dancing display of pool lights, to further entertain and popular with all ages. The pool area is fully enclosed to keep the bugs out yet does not block out the brilliant Florida sunshine that you will get all day, in addition low level privacy screens are also fitted. The pool and spa is heated by solar powered roof panels and provides all day warmth even in the cooler months.
Quality sun loungers with removable padded cushions, upright chairs with cushions and tables set of the ambiance of peace, enchantment and relaxation that is further reflected by the pool area being adorned with natural plants / ornaments / pictures and a wall Wi-Fi GPRS temperature climate gauge and clock.
A spacious shaded seated area under cover is located with a large family sized dinning table and chairs for 8, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dinning in style. A new full size fan with light is installed to help keep guests cool. Drop blinds are also fitted for that extra peace and privacy, optional side spot lights are fitted at both sides of the liana enclosure gates and wall plug sockets are fixed for use of personal or electronic devices.
For that all important peace of mind and safety for the younger guests being upmost, a full length child safety pool screen is provided along with fixed and fully functional electronic windows (overlooking pool area) and patio door alarms that allows for access outside onto the pool liana area.
