POOL AREA
The oversized deck overlooking the beautiful Hampton lakes has a large swimming pool and a spa. There is a large lanai with outdoor lighting and a dining table with six chairs. There is a second table with five additional chairs and a parasol located next to the pool and overlooking the lake. Additionally, there are four sun loungers and two drinks tables. The spa / hot tub seats up to 6 adults. There are large inflatable pool floats and pool noodles provided free of charge. We also have a children’s play house. The pool area is also fitted with a safety fence that we recommend be kept closed at all times to ensure kids are kept safe. Pool heating is available at additional charge.
FAMILY ROOM
The open plan family room has a huge leather corner suite with four built in oversized reclining chairs to relax on after a busy day shopping. There is a 65” wall mounted flat screen smart tv with Spectrum cable package, free wifi and a games console. At the other end of the family room we have a dining table and six chairs and a breakfast bar with three additional chairs, there are also sliding patio doors leading directly to the outdoor area. This area is over looked by the kitchen making it the perfect setting for family breakfasts.
LIVING ROOM
This peaceful room is central in the villa. It has a three two one suite to relax on and beautiful lamp light, making it the perfect room to do a bit of light reading.
FORMAL DINING ROOM
The large formal area is situated at the front of the villa and features tiled flooring and a luxury modern table and six dining chairs. It is a beautiful open space with a large front facing window allowing for lots of natural light. A beautiful setting for holiday dinners or a family meal.
KITCHEN
The heart of a home. This kitchen truly is the heart of our home, it overlooks the breakfast area and the family room, giving the perfect setting for preparing breakfast. You can see through the patio doors to the pool area. It is also open to the rear giving easy access to the bedrooms and rest of the house. The large kitchen features a central island, a large oven with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, sizable pantry, four slice toaster, kettle, coffee maker, large American fridge/freezer with built in ice maker and a water filter, plenty of pots and pans if you decide to do a bit of cooking and a white crockery set, and plastic plates and cups for the younger guests - especially useful for those snacks out by the pool! There are lots of other bits and pieces in the kitchen to make your stay more comfortable.
DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM
The huge downstairs master suite has sliding patio doors leading directly to the pool area and plenty of windows making this a beautiful, bright room during the day. The king size bed has new bedding and a new luxury memory foam mattress. There is a large dresser and two bedside units. On the wall is a 40” flat screen roku tv also linked to spectrum cable. There are two large walk in wardrobes on the way to the en-suite with shelving and ample storage. It is air-conditioned and fitted with additional ceiling fan for extra comfort. The large en-suite has his and hers separate vanities and sinks with above mirror movie star lighting. There is also a magnifying mirror, a large shower and a luxury bath tub. The WC is in its own room for privacy.
GAMES ROOM
The huge games room has a full size slate bed pool table. There is a large corner suite with plenty of space to lounge.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Our bright and airy laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer. There is shelving above with plenty of storage space and laundry basket.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM
The upstairs master has a queen bed with new bedding and new luxury memory foam mattress. There is a large dresser and two bedside units. There is also two wardrobes one fitted with shelving for all those new shoes and trainers you will purchase from the outlets! The 40” flat screen ruko tv is also linked to spectrum cable. FIFTH BEDROOM
The fifth bedroom is a Disney themed room and is situated right outside the downstairs master bedroom making it perfect for kids. It has two twin Disney beds with new bedding and new luxury mattresses. There is a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with toys. The 40” flat screen ruko tv is also linked to spectrum cable. It is air-conditioned and fitted with additional ceiling fan for extra comfort.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom three is situated between bedrooms three and four it has a large shower and vanity with movie star lighting and WC.
Bathroom four is situated outside the fifth bedroom. It has a vanity with movie star lighting, a large shower and a WC. It has a second door leading directly to the pool area for easy showering before and after your dip in the pool.

Livingroom has a brand new leather corner sofa with recliners and usb charger. There is a large tv with spectrum and a games console. It is over looked by the kitchen and breakfast area, making it the perfect space for socialising with family. The seperate sitting room is a lovely space for relaxing, with brand new sofas and tables. The formal dining area is beautiful for family meals. Breakfast area is next to the patio and flooded with natural light. The outdoors pool area has a 6 seater dining table and 5 seater bistro table over looking the pool and lake. Part of the reason we fell in love with this home was the morning breakfast overlooking the lake and evening suppers by starlight. Hampton Lakes Community has tree lined avenues, tennis, volleyball and childrens play areas.

Our Gas BBQ can be hired for $75 per week.

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
